Celebrate Life Half Marathon
March of every year
CLHM is a “Feel Good Race” in beautiful scenic half marathon in Sullivan County. Voted one of the best half marathons in New York State by the 100 Half Marathoners Club. An annual event that bonds survivors and families in triumph and honors all touched by cancer. Celebrate Life honors, remembers and celebrates those who have fought against cancer. The race annually raises funds to assist cancer patients in their financial needs donating 100% of the proceeds to patients in treatment.No overhead nor administrative expenses, what we raise we donate. Any donation is appreciated and welcome.

Rhulen Rock Hill Run and Ramble 5k
Father’s Day Weekend of every year
The Rhulen Rock Hill Run and Ramble (R4) is held in memory of Walter A. Rhulen, a dedicated runner and local humanitarian. The event benefits the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Trevor Loughlin Foundation, and other local charities and beneficiaries. Run, ramble, sponsor, register to become a bone marrow donor, visit the health fair, buy raffles, eat great food, and listen to live music at www.rockhillrun.com
Tinsel Trot 5k

A fun event for all! Come rock around the course located in Rock Hill dressed as your favorite holiday character! The event is sponsored by the Monticello Teacher’s Association and the proceeds benefit their scholarship fund.

Falling Colors 8k run/5k Walk
November of every year
The Falling Colors race is a 8K run and 5K walk to suit runners and walkers. The race raises money for the Sullivan Striders Scholarship fund, which benefits graduating Sullivan County high school seniors who competed in cross country or track and field. It’s a fun event and since it’s held close to Halloween, costumes are welcome. Prizes for the top finishers are evergreen trees to keep beautifying Rock Hill and surrounding communities.
